Wait and see how it goes? Worst case scenario, you get another set of Airpods to sell / actually return
Or, as soon as they realize the new tracking isn't going anywhere, might think the package is lost and you get refunded either way

They arrived and I contacted cs and told them the Airpods where missing from my parcel but the power bank has arrived. She has said it will be Rectified and I will be expecting them by 1st February.
She said she has checked the carrier and they updated the tracking incorrectly as being delivered. Sometimes the carrier updates the tracking incorrectly as delivered whilst it’s on its way.

You've said the package arrived, but the AirPods were not enclosed In the package Itself, so querying the tracking details Is not relevant - you already have the package.

I'd just wait and see, you're not supposed to know if the Airpods are really in another package or just missing, as a trustworthy customer you'd think the seller knows best and wait for the next delivery (that will never come) before complaining again, at least IMO

Sounds like the safest bet to me
As I said before, they might re-ship them thinking the product wasn't in the box -> you get another paid of airpods, which can be resold or returned
Or, they gave you a non-existant tracker or even realize the mistake, and you can complain again in a couple days when you still haven't received anything, and it'll make you look even more honest since they messed up twice on their end
