I would say give that process a week. Sounds good so far. Because of the christmas/new year time they won‘t see it as suspicious activity.
It is assumable that everyone has holidays and needs some resting time.

idk man ive been fighting this dna case for 2/3 weeks so yeah
im gonna contact them again them tommowr but i dont know what to do

they told me 10 days, i waited and they still taking the "piss"
