When you've spoken with the carrier, they should give you Instructions on what to do with the PR.

If not, simply say the goods were not received.

Okay so update.

So I have contacted the carrier and they said this.

"I was very sorry to hear of the problem you’ve experienced with trackable item of mail xx.

Of the huge volumes of letters and packets we handle, very few encounter a problem along their way – but we take every single failure seriously.

To investigate your concerns, I have logged and reported the full details of your complaint and checked with the local delivering office who have confirmed that the item was not delivered to the intended address and I’m sorry for this.

If you’re the sender of the item, you may be eligible to claim for the loss at www.royalmail.com/claims. You’ll find information about how to claim, eligibility and what you’ll need to provide on our dedicated claim page. If you’re the intended recipient, we would advise you contact the sender to progress the matter further.

While this completes your enquiry, please be assured we will use the information you’ve provided to improve our services going forward."

Where do I go from here? The last time I contacted hollister they said to contact the carrier and my financial institution for reimbursement.

Should I contact hollister again? Or should I now go to my financial institution?

Any help would be much appreciated!

^ That's good news - they've confirmed the package did not arrive at Its destination.

The carrier has stated this:

Quote:If you’re the intended recipient, we would advise you contact the sender to progress the matter further.

You are the recipient (receiver), and they've advised to get In touch with the sender who Is Hollister, so do exactly that.

Be sure to attach and send the above message (from the carrier) to Hollister.

Best bet is to convince them that you indeed are unaware as to whether it was delivered or not. They wont question alot after that

Shocked Hollister is being so stingy--my last three DNAs went over with refunds after less than a week. I wonder if they've gotten more strict on DNAs. Good luck to you.
