Basically to not use any online services that may potentially Identify the device Is In use.

For example, If It were Apple, refrain from registering and using ICloud, ITunes etc. The probability of the company Investigating Is slim, but It's best to play It safe until the funds have cleared Into the account.

They replied to my friend and told him that they tried to contact the shipping company which is GLS and the company never got back to them so they told my friend to file a chargeback but he didn't buy it with his debit or credit card he went thru affirm guessing he needs to message affirm?

Your friend who isn't you should've already contacted Affirm and asked about their policy and next steps. I'm guessing that they are a credit assist company. Meaning, it was a loan or being leased. He didn't own the property if it was a lease.

Well, they should put more effort Into managing their correspondence with the carrier - because that's precisely where the claim stands and remains.

If the carrier didn't respond, that's their problem to sort out, not your friends.

Disregard such nonsense.

The company Is currently managing the claim, hence they're obligated and responsible to settle It themselves. If they continue to request the above-mentioned garbage, request the claim be escalated.

Even If Affirm doesn't state that, you'd still deal with the company.

As said, the company Is managing your claim and given It's well and truly active, It's their duty to resolve It.

Great to read.

Well done with remaining adamant and persevering throughout the entire claim.
