Personally, I don't think a user bar base should be colored. It should match the forum, so in this case, dark grey. I voted for you to make more. No offense or anything, they are nice it's just they don't blend with the forum, just the names of the usergroup.

I like the last one, the second one looks like a folder and doesn't look too nice.

It's only colored to fit the color of the usergroup. And plus, the userbars member and Advisor will be colored gray, so that would be problem if the default color is gray.
You guys, lol, you can change the color of it ...

They look nice im just not a big fan of them due it will be a bit weird customizing for the groups imo
