Well i'll just try and avoid talking to anyone altogether then, leaves less room for error. I'll post an update with how i get on or if i have anymore questions. thanks again!

If the rep/agent Is manipulated effectively, an approval may be Issued there and then, but on the grounds the wrong Item Is returned.

Just a quick follow up question, I was wondering does it matter where/who the other amazon account the wrong item is ordered from belongs to?
Like someone a few streets away with a different surname? does name and distance to your own delivery address make a difference?
p.s I know i want order both items around the same time. does delivery date matter? do i want them arriving same day? is it a deal breaker if they arent?
p.p.s Im also having a bit of trouble finding the total weight of the box so i can order a similarly weighted wrong item

from what i've gathered
ipad mini = 293grams
usb-c charge cable = approx 8grams
usb C power adapter = approx 18grams
then i have no clue what the box itself will weigh but im guessing maybe 400grams for the whole thing? has anyone a more accurate figure for this?

Amazon is real easy mate, total item weight is displayed under "product information". In this case its 620grams.
