Sorry for the late ass reply, completely forgot I made an account here. So bit of a long story, the guy who did label for me randomly quit around a month after he sent label out for me (FTID) and then it was held in fraud department at UPS because he closed his UPS account. It was held for about a month, paypal case closed in favor of seller, then I called PayPal and told them the situation with UPS and to reopen the case so I could deliver it. At this point, I thought I was fucked but UPS randomly sent the package to the right place and it showed delivered. I updated this on the tracking and they reviewed case again. They closed in favor of seller for same reason, so I called them up and told them it says delivered to the right place and they gave me an instant refund after re-checking and since I was persistent with calling them about the issue. So in the end, I got my refund in full and only paid around $40 for the guy to make label and ship it out.

TLDR: Paypal case closed in favor of seller, contacted them again, got lucky with UPS delivering package even after it was sent to wrong place, then called them up and they closed in my favor (got full refund).

Also ordered 1.7k usd in clothing instead just because it was my first time and wanted to make sure it would go well without losing too much if things went south. But enjoying the clothes now, they have been great.
