His job Is to purely deliver packages and that's where It ends. If It continues, report him to the police. RE: Potential DNA issue - Samejeff - 11-21-2021 So I finally got confirmation of the refund today. I asked for a replacement instead and I intend to use the sealed box method, then return it. Something perhaps I will create another thread about. The driver has come to my house multiple times and I've had countless missed calls from various numbers - all of which I'm assuming were him or the dpd office. Nothing for the past few days though so I'm hoping they've given up. I didn't have to explain anything to Currys even though I was well prepared to. They asked for me to sign a denial of receipt form and that was it. I received an automated email today confirming that my order had been "lost in transit". Took about 20 days in total. Thanks again mothered for the tutorials and support. RE: Potential DNA issue - mothered - 11-22-2021 (11-21-2021, 11:57 PM)Samejeff Wrote: So I finally got confirmation of the refund today. Well done with the successful outcome, particularly remaining adamant and persevering throughout the entire claim. |
