SE successful. receiving 300 pound refund!. side note MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER. I didn't and amazon bitched and moaned at me for hours about not having one / it not being on the report etc. I had to call 101 to actually get my crime number and give it to them. then they said the number wasnt valid because it wasnt on the report.
They're just lying because they're in india and cant call 101 to confirm. I went through live chat many times and ended it until I got someone who just immediately gave me the refund.
took me a while, got the DNA done.
