So where does your claim currently stand with them? Are there any further requests pending etc?
They told me they were no records of my address and told me i might have bought it from a retailer

If you want to SE one of these without actually buying it (I assume you're underage / don't have the money to buy one..), you're fresh out of luck.
Maybe proof of purchase might work, but you'd have to get very lucky.
