RE: Wayfair - nayem121 - 10-10-2021

I did it many times successfully a couple of weeks ago.
But today when I clicked the damaged and defective option, it said, " Sorry to interrupt! Before moving on to the next step, let's connect you to a customer service agent to make sure we're fully understanding the issue. Click the button below to get in touch with an agent."
I must call in and speak with them; upon doing so, I have to physically return those items or leave them outside. No replacing or keeping "damaged" items.
Could It be my address or IP or CC that is flagged? Anyone else has done it recently?
Thanks.
How expensive is the item?

An SE'ers paradise.

Why they operate as such, Is beyond me. Surely someone within their claims department can exercise a little common sense.

Oh yeah. I pretty much got all new living room furniture haha.
With Wayfair's Incompetency to process claims, It doesn't surprise me.
