Yes, It still stands nowadays.

I had a recent experience with Logitech who asked me to contact the store, and they (Logitech) actually said If the store can't help, to call them back and they'll be of assistance. No doubt there are stubborn reps, but that's what SEing Is all about - manipulating them to perform actions suited to yourself.

RE: Product SE'ing - smallgreyman - 09-21-2021

So Arizona finally responded like that:
"Good afternoon,

Sorry that the answer takes so long.

We have still not received the official response from the factory, it takes longer because it must be translated.

In any case, the factory informed us in that they have checked the documents concerning this batch and have tasted and tested samples of the same batch and no deviation could be found. No other complaint has been received for this batch so far. The conclusion is that this must be an incident and the assumption is that the bottle must have been damaged after leaving the factory. This could happen during transport, storage or handling and it can cause a micro-crack in the bottle. Leakage is not necessarily the effect, but air can enter the bottle and spoil the product.

We are sorry for your very bad experience with this bottle and would like to advise you in the future to always check any product before consuming it, to assess if the smell and colour/consistency are as could be expected. It doesn’t often happen that a product is spoiled, but it is always a possibility with any type of food.

Concerning your question about a compensation in the form of products – we are looking into this. Normally this is not possible without analyzing the concerned bottle. We are waiting for an answer to see if an exception can be made in this case."

I think they won't send :/

As per below, they've yet to receive a response from the factory so what they've stated so far, Is purely an assumption.

Wait for their reply and we'll take It from there.
