I kinda rushed it and used the chat... Told them I hadn't received any of the items yet as 2 of the items were delivered when I wasn't home and that the other item (the most expensive one) was stuck in customs (which is true).

They refunded me the whole order (about 3k) without batting an eye. Now I hope the most expensive item clears customs and it arrives.

Now on the Amazon page I get this for the most expensive item:

Hopefully it will get delivered to me and I won't have to box it

They never said I had to ship it back. I just said none of the items had arrived. 2 were delivered when I was home and one was stuck in customs and they just outright offered a refund.

Given that was generated by Amazon relating to your Item, I'd say they're expecting the return.
