Without a doubt they'll only operate in favorable conditions. It will likely be similar to how air traffic is controlled/suspended during risky weather.

In fairness, bad weather affects regular ferries too, let alone flying ones. In this instance, I suspect it's not going to be a massive change to their usual interruptions based on weather. Given this is going across the English channel, at least there won't be hurricanes xD

Anything with a title of "bad" Is negative, hence affects everything to some degree.

As you've stated, It won't have a significant Impact.
