Although DNAs have been used for years now, it still has an extremely high possibility to manipulate the receipt of goods (as you stated)Absolutely. Right! When it comes down to most companies, customer satisfaction is always their #1 priority. Quote: they simply don't have the resources and manpower to allocate scheduled training sessions. Not only that, they also don't have the authority to per say call the police on you (even if they have evidence that the package was delivered). To add on, these companies have to deal with thousands of customers per day, given that they don't have enough time to waste and therefore, will solve your issue in a matter of seconds (or maybe days) depending on the type of product and its price. Believe It or not, they dispatch over 1.5 million packages per day. I realize It's throughout their entire network across all regions, but do the math between all stores, and It will clearly show the magnitude of their workload. I actually never knew it was 1.5 million packages per day. That is ridiculous and at the same time fascinating that they can do that. But yeah the magnitude of their workload is tremendous. Hence, upon the 1.5 million packages there can be many people who experience many issues within their products. This is why Amazon is slowly implementing an automated chat service bot that can automatically get your issues done in no time. This feature is highly vulnerable as SE'rs can abuse the system. Alternatively, it can also be a downside as the AI can collect information regarding your issues and can come to a conclusion that you have been returning/refunding too many items. This can either result in an account ban or warning. Records are kept of every claim that's performed via email, phone, live chat or otherwise, hence the company Is aware of precisely where your claim/account stands at any given time. Oh alright, I just thought that it would be easier for the AI chat bot to collect information and constantly update amazon staff making it easier for them to manage. Thanks for the head up! Thanks for the head up!Don't get me wrong, you've made a very valid point with the AI and It certainly collects & stores logs related to each chat. My post Is more so based on the fact that representatives and the like, also operate In a similar fashion. That's why for big orders they have the option where you can speak to a real representative. They may Initiate the assessment, but not finalize It per se. Agreed. Bots are perfect for small valued items, as you stated. Though bots are required to send you to chat with a representative for high-valued items (in Amazon's perspective), using a bot to refund high-valued products can be abused. Therefore, the AI transferring you to a representative is ideal because it helps you give some insight into what happened with your package, helping SE'rs succeed in their game.
