Well it depends on just how much money out of your checks/whatever you do for cash that you have to spend on day-to-day or essentials like bills and food. I personally put about 40% of my checks to the side depending on what obligations I have to make with the money. Anywhere between 30%-60% of my checks always gets put to the side.

It's worth mentioning, but you could get a loan and pay it off over time. Eliminating unnecessary expenses and saving as much as you can will make a big difference. Freelancing only pays well if you have experience/skills, but there's basic jobs out there you can do in your spare time (i.e. data entry/content-writing).

The fastest way is buy a low budget car. You can put it on rent or register on uber. Save some money and then sold it

In some parts of this industry, that's already the case. Have you seen the salary for basic tech support for almost all major products?

Friends of mine who're forklift drivers, earn 50$-60$ an hour. Even more for those who work In construction.

yeah maybe they earn a little bit more, but do you wanna work on a forklift for a life? Few years ago maybe 8, I ve worked in constructions and yeah the money was great but I never in my life wanna go back to there after being IT industry for 4+ years. The first 2 years I ve earned less but now my salary is way more higher than on construction.
If you wanna quick money then go and work on a construction but you cant make a great carrier there. I know some rarely stories about it but overall you can forget it. If you wanna make a great and a life long carrier where you can climb the ladder as up as you want. Sit down learn tech for 2 years and apply a job and build up your life.
