I mean Sleepbuds are created for better sleep exp. and wired sleepbuds wouldn't be that nice i guess.

You actually don't have to call them you can do it on there website and they will right away send you the label without talking even to a support.
I'll get a drop first so they won't bill me. Do they even bill you?
And what about the weight? Maybe some tips for the boxing?

They first want something back, but you could send an empty box and to be on the safe side cut a hole in it and tape it with other color.
So they are going to think it was stolen.
Just hit them up again and again after they received it.
