UPS believed me.
I understand your position, but It's complicated the SE when It could've easily been avoided by only changing the address.

so.... should i be fine to continue redirecting and putting a fake address only this time?

As said, you can have your packages delivered at any location, so changing/redirecting the address will not raise suspicion.

i guess it has, because they just called me again (the depot) saying if i do it one more time, they will completely stop delivering to my address.

But i have like 5 redirects waiting,

Is she allowed to do this? i mean she seemed so suspicious of me.

(she will tell the driver to stop delivering) i had to talk to the local depot.

No It hasn't. Within reason, I've redirected countless consignments without any Issues whatsoever.

The reason why they've decided to take action with future redirects, Is due to the following event- namely the Inconsistency with the fake name.
Quote:UPS called me again today, they asked me why am i using a fake name and address again for every package, they made me promise i wont do it again

and the reason the fake name matters is..?
because of possible fraud right?

Correct, change of name rarely happens. Another address Is very common.

If you leave the name as Is and only alter the shipping address, there's no cause for concern. For legit reasons (and SEing of course), I always change the delivery address due to not being available at home to accept the package. For this very reason, the carrier cannot deem an alternative delivery point as suspicious. You have every right to change and specify precisely where you'd prefer your packages delivered.

okay and is it likely they will take any major action? i mean all it is to them is just delivering a parcel.

If they were to take action, they would've done so already, and not warn you about their Intention to not deliver packages If your actions are repeated.
