i sent a 3m video showing how the wireless didnt work, even showed my g935 working but the keyboard not at all, they asked for a vid with the cable, i made the excuse im at my mums house for easter, and going home just to take a video wouldnt be a good idea.

And now they asking what type i want, so i guess its successful, thanks all for your help.

i said one of the two which they had in stock, white-UK
Now they want me to return it to finalize the process, but they said Fedex should send me a tracking number, so, does this mean i need to return it to be done, or that ill get it. Also, i must've gotten really unlucky on this SE lol, this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Also they keep talking about fraudulent activity, does this mean if i dont return it something will be done? i used my real address as with other logitech SEs they never seemed to care much.

Tell them that you had no purpose keeping a defective Item, and also had no Idea that they need It as part of their replacement process, so you've thrown It out. Also, apologize for any Inconvenience caused.

SE failed, they checked the receipt with currys. Furthermore, they checked if i would still be eligible for replacement as my receipt was 10 days before.
I guess i got unlucky with a strict af advisor.
What ive learnt any hopefully any new SE'ers have from reading this:
Make sure your S/N is within warranty, but outside replacement period from the seller.
Strict reps happen, dont worry if this is why you failed your SE, try again.
Also something ive realised, if you have extra money, its better to buy a vid/pic, than to send corrupted files. Corrupted files almost never work.
