Basically, It's a disposable VOIP number with a local area code of your choice that looks like the real deal.

Whether It can be Identified as a fake number, depends If the company Investigates It further.

Uh, that's hard to say. I am checking all the ebay websites (.de, .co.uk...) and trying to find the best one. However, I would need a rechargable one, not just prepaid.

I cant reply to everything, but I can give you question no. 3. You dont have to have a bank account or credit card attached to your paypal account at all. I think its some form of security procedure. Which means that you can transfer funds to your paypal account, and it doesnt even have to be from your own card or anything. This leads me into my advice. You could go to a carding or money laundry website on dark web. Let them wash some money for you, and put it into a new and fresh paypal account. Basically let them do all the work for you. Look for one where you get a paypal account in the run.
