The OP did the right thing by scanning the correct executable file, so the Infections are probably unbeknownst to him/her.

At this stage, I've only removed the links.

they've dmed me on discord and just asked me what to do with the malicious apps, he said he had removed them & reuploaded the clean application

im happy they've took the time to fix it

Yes, I see the file has been re-upped.

As stated below, this Is why I didn't take Immediate action against the OP.
