They're difficult to deal with at the best of times.

Did you contact them via the number they gave you?

No because the guy I was speaking to on chat basically gave the impression of that he knew what was going on and that was not going to work.
I had a similar experience trying with argos previously so didn't bother going through with the call.

Argos on the other hand is amazing for boxing returns. Done a keyboard and 2 nvme drives. I walked in store and returned them.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It's very Informative Indeed.

Personally, I find In-store SEing a lot easier, particularly using the sealed box method.

How do you proceed when using this method in store? Using a VCC is not possible so I guess you'd use a prepaid CC for the transaction and subsequent refund? What if the clerk asks for an ID?

No, there's no need to conceal your personal Information.

Provided the sealed box does not show signs of tampering, the employees at the customer service counter assume the original Item Is enclosed, hence will not break the seal (and void the warranty) to check the goods.

It's good practice to do It late on a Friday, just before close of business. As such, they're Inundated with customers and In a rush to process returns, balance the day's takings and go home In readiness for the weekend.

I always use this method when I sell my goods on Amazon. I am a novice businessman, so I haven't had time to deal with all the problems yet. Hiring additional staff is not profitable for me yet, nor is renting a warehouse and office. Therefore, it is easier for me to apply to the firm, which will take me to part of the warehouse and will also do the delivery. It remains for me to do the promotion, increase the number and quality of orders. The operator will take on all the other work with organizing and moving cargo. And it is very convenient, thanks to this opportunity I am not very busy at work. https://www.ecommercefulfilment.com/en/fulfilment-centres/uk/

Are you referring to the sealed box method?
