They ask me for ship back the empty box, icluding the manufacturer package and the shipping box, I already sold it (I shouldn't have rushed lmao) so I going to tell them that I have thrown it away. Let's see how is going.

I get mine refounded, LV is truly hard. You need to know that you going to need to make a chargeback

Chargeback with a month and half of investigation. After the investigation and due the low weight of the item, they can’t demostrate nothing and my bank returned me the money.

On the above grounds, LV should've well and truly approved the claim.

It seems they either have poor claims management, or simply can't be bothered with their Investigation.
