As long as It's not the OP's personal site (as the gateway to access the content) and not a forum/board, then It's fine to share a resource of tools and software.
if you were not forced to sign up to view content than yes i agree with you it should be fine .... pings the hell out of you as  as long as page is open has contains ping time... and  when its  a Phishing site anyways gets users info than drops off the face of the earth... than comes back in a few days under different domain and the cycle goes on and on ..but its all good ima let it go! it should have to prove site is safe before its allowed.. will affect member on this fourm that goes to the site & Sign UP and loose personal ifo ! wont do as much damage as an infected program that pings and collects personal data stored under app data files . but any damage is damage

Please provide evidence In support of your claim, namely It being a phishing site.

i am member since 2 weekes and they seem to upload new tools every day and it didn't change in any way (domain or name) so how is it a phishing site if they only ask for email address and not for ur passwords
