Given It's a carrier-based universal method, reserve It for other Items (of reasonable size & weight) that're difficult to find a compatible method.

On the other hand, If you use chat, you may be In luck to communicate with their chat bot who could approve the claim there and then. If not, you'd obviously be dealing with their rep/agent.

In that case, contact them a little while after you've received It. On legit grounds, customers are eager to receive and use their products, so It makes perfect sense to call them on the day.

will keep you updatedso I told them the earpieces were missing out of the package and only the cables and the foam tips were there.
UPDATE, looks like i've gotten some success.
They told me to return whatever was left (since earpieces were missing) for a full refund!
and I "may order" another one.

I edited my last post to include the response.
I used the live chat.
Although I still need at least one of the cables for it to operate.....
update: it said the refund will process as soon as UPS scans the return QR code.
