For Instance, If you hit them with the wrong Item received method on a 10k diamond ring, they will Investigate an Item of that value- regardless of the time of day.

Aww, I was hoping it would be a little easier on an account that has made over 1000 euros buys in 4 years
I have a question , when I go to my amazon account all and payment history I see all the actions I have made in all the European amazon stores there and its shows the same if I log in amazon.uk or amazon.it , same order history but not for the amazon.com there I only see the 2 little orders I have made when I was living there some years ago
The question is which amazon site do I have the most chances for the rep to see a good history? the European one that shows a lot right? I thought all would be connected but I have my doupts now

So at least it seems amazon.it that I have my most expensive orders is connected with amazon.uk , so at least I can go after amazon.uk someone from a refund service told me amazon.it is not easy to get SE but UK is much better, but he didn't seem to know that European ones are all seem to be interconnected with each other

Have you decided your method yet, if not i would recommend DNA (Did not arrive) because this is your first SE expect to write a police report if you do a DNA and if they take a picture just claim it is the wrong house. And since it is a third party seller they will most likely not require a signature but if they do SE the driver and simply have a sign or say I have COVID and you should be able to revive the item without a signature.
