Success I said the case battery was leaking and I disposed of the whole thing so I didn’t have to send a picture although I could have faked the picture easily
May attempt a double dip saying it item was missing

Companies do keep records of every claim, so If they refer to your order and check why It was approved, your double-dip may well and truly fail.

In that case, It was a warehouse picking/packing error.

It's good to know that Apple makes such mistakes.
