You see... I concur with you that at the end SEing them it's a great occasion to be still in training and can be funny but it's better to invest your time to things more valuable for the time you employ for it, that's just my humble opinion.

In total the SE took me under 10 mins of actual work to do. Just fill in the online claim form and reply to an email.

They listed out 3 troubleshooting steps for me to try. I replied that my charger still didn't work and the next email was a free replacement confirmation.
