RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - bburnsey - 11-05-2020 What about the apple box? Thanks RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - Ddog - 11-05-2020 (11-05-2020, 08:13 PM)bburnsey Wrote: What about the apple box? Thanksi think you just open the box, take the watch piece out and contact amazon telling them you received it like that, you can also try the wrong item received method which may be a little easier RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - mothered - 11-06-2020 (11-05-2020, 07:28 PM)bburnsey Wrote: so just act like it wasn’t put in from factoryCorrect. This Is known as the "missing Item manufacturer error". RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - Green314 - 11-06-2020 Congratulation. This also entail that Amazon do not still have CCTV system. Even if the author claimed that only the watch was missing, Apple products are wrapped with a particular cling film and method, visible from outside if it has been tampered, thus would have been visible if they had CCTV system and they would have probably start an investigation or something else instead of just issue a instant refund. RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - bburnsey - 11-06-2020 Ok I’m going for the “Missing item manufacturer error”. I feel this would be the less problematical method, no investigated or cctv needed as I won’t be blaming anyone from Amazon or parcel delivery company. Using a experience Amazon account with only 2 other SE but both was a DNA so trying to stay away from another DNA. It’s been ordered should be here tomorrow I’ll keep everyone updated RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - Ddog - 11-06-2020 (11-06-2020, 12:53 PM)bburnsey Wrote: Ok I’m going for the “Missing item manufacturer error”.please keep the thread updated, i need an apple watch myself so id love to know how this ends up working RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - mothered - 11-06-2020 (11-06-2020, 12:53 PM)bburnsey Wrote: Ok I’m going for the “Missing item manufacturer error”.Sounds good, particularly that you're not using the same method In succession. We shall await the latest developments. RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - bburnsey - 11-07-2020 Small update: item delivered driver requested one time password which was sent via email. (Must be a new thing as even driver said never needed to do that before” 10 mins after deliver spoke to chat been passed to specialist team to investigate, item weighs 40g its completely missing from seal undamaged box both deliver box and product box undamaged. Will update again RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - mothered - 11-08-2020 (11-07-2020, 07:14 PM)bburnsey Wrote: Small update: item delivered driver requested one time password which was sent via email. RE: Apple Watch - Amazon UK - bburnsey - 11-09-2020 Update: After 24 hours I had to file a local police report which was very easy to do. Police said it was a civil matter and wouldn’t proceed any further Amazon wanted the crime ref number as soon as I gave this refund issued. SE very easy from start to finish however I won’t be doing it again on this account as they really do dig deep and likely to suspend account if you are doing this regularly. Thanks hope everyone else has same success |
