Of course, you can obviously use the DNA or wrong Item received.

What kind of statement on the company website T&S page could undermine the success of an SE like this (using the missing item method on a pair of light earphones)?
Normally missing item is due to warehouse error, which is the company's fault. I'd be quite surprised if they decided to not hold themselves accountable for that

Nothing.

If the missing Item method Is based on a company or manufacturer error, then either of the two are liable.
So Is it always 100% win?

As with every SE, It's not possible to put a 100% figure on the outcome, but this has a very high chance of success.

electronics in general from what I read and hear. I've seen to try speakers or phones or headphones too

From my personal experience: headphones not very much. But it depends on the region, state etc.

I agree with this, particularly PC parts/accessories and the same with cell phones.

Of course, the Item Itself Is much sought-after.

Apple products have been extremely easy to SE lately. Try that.

So that's why you could prefer this not as easy/common method !
I was wondering what was the point of saying that instead of item never arrived, thanks Wink
