Isn't that what Amazon Warehouse Deals Is all about? Returned/damaged goods, then sold at a discount price? The SE with Logitech when you used the serial, would've shown up as a warehouse deal.

As such, the return may/will have the previous owner's details, hence there's no cause for concern.
Naturally but it'll still be in working condition and it's in used Like New condition so it shouldn't be registered or anything. So if someone tries to used the warranty they'll find out it's been SEd for a replacement. Maybe I should go ahead and say it's stopped working but I still feel uneasy with the whole thing

Honestly, if you feel uneasy about a simple SE like this then I don't think this is the right game for you my friend.. nothing would have happened. Believe me, and even then, the keyboard being from Amazon Warehouse works in your favor too.

You gotta toughen up a little man.

That's because Amazon could've refurbished It (which they do) as part of their Warehouse Deals.

If It's a returned Item, there Is the possibility of It being registered by the previous owner who returned It due to losing functionality.

It's then placed In Amazon's Warehouse Deals as a fully-functional Item.

Of course but it shouldn't be replaced by Logitech if it's in Amazon Warehouse Deals right? I know I'm over thinking this one but I can always say the keyboard is playing up again if need be.

In that case, Logitech will establish that It's a Warehouse Deal and forward the request to Amazon who will take over the replacement.

To avoid complications, this would be a good option.

A good option how so? What I mean is when they talk out it's broken Logitech will know they have replaced a keyboard with the same serial number and as you said will establish its a warehouse deal meaning someone bought it and returned it but kept the serial. Which would mean they know someone SEd them due to someone else having the keyboard and it previously working (assuming they contact them with a warranty issue). Which will mean they can't provide a replacement for the keyboard and they will look into where the original replacement was sent to, I know I'm over thinking it but I can't see a legit reason for it being claimed as replacement then later being tried to replaced, then again they could be trying to scam them in Logitechs eyes as well who knows.
I'm not new to doing Logitech that's the main reason it bothers me.

Then why would you suggest the following If It's not In your favor?
