Currys dispatched 2 airpods and no phone, out of human error i believe. His original order was an iphone 11 and one pair of airpods.

Just as a heads up, I ordered a CPU and a GPU. I won't be devastated if this refund doesn't come through.
Plan of action will be how the item is delivered. I'm expecting DPD - so straight away im put off by DNA.
I will then measure the two items, figure out a total weight and give currys a call.
If I fk it up, I'll go with SNAD on PayPal, but that will be the worst case scenario.

With SNAD, I get confused when you return the product. Do you just return a dummy and that actually suffices?

Depending on the weight, you can also box them.

Just an update on my journey. Reminder, it was a CPU and GPU. Item arrived as 2 separate packages delivered by DPD.
Opted for the graphics card as the more expensive item. Claiming was sent a padded, pack of paper in the GPU box. blah blah blah convo goes on.
CS rep tells me there is currently a backlog of around 20 days to investigate. Opened up a SNAD case just in case.

As you're aware, an Investigation Is part of company protocol to move forward with the claim. Please reply as developments come to hand.

Similar SE completed with currys recently, just did highest end phone and said wrong item received.. as soon as DPD came to pickup the wrong item and scanned it they instantly sent another one out with next day delivery. I'm wondering if it even mattered the item weighed v similar and had similar size (was picked up with cash from their store). What if I had just sent them an empty box back, I'd still get another phone, and what could they do then when they receive the empty box?
Also another thought is, had I asked for a refund, the process might have been very different.
