In what capacity Is It limited?

What exactly did It state?

Oh sorry for me not being specific. By limited I ment my account. It says "You can't use paypal service anymore" if translated to english, then, a little bit later you can read they want safe environment for their customers and on my account they have detected activity, which is not in the agreements of ToS and that is why we don't offer you the service anymore. It says I can't delete any details about me, no bank account or credit card and I can't use these to create new account. It says I have to wait 180 days and I can get my money then.

But the dispute is still not resolved, lol.
I probably have failed it by these means, or I got suspended for the artifical payments, I'm not entirely sure..

Did they give reason (specifically) as to why your account Is limited?

To dispute their decision, you can go through PayPal's Resolution Center, and click on "Go to Account Limitations" and then hit "Resolve". You'll be prompted to provide certain details thereafter.

It's difficult to determine the outcome.

Wait for their reply, and we'll take It from there.

I forgot to tell you that some companies don't work with pp at all due to some sort of policy agreements between said company and pp.

Can you share what company it was you tried? This will definitely give me some insight.

The issue is, there is no resolve at all. Any suggestions?
