It's not Chrome (not anymore).

For obvious reasons, I've distanced myself from using services related to Google.

it is really hard to take that decision but tho am also trying to achieve that.

i just got brave installed back, but even chrome with a few extensions is really good.

Yeah actually before this update it was kind of trash but now it looks very stable and am using it for normal activities. I will use this for a month or so.

It seems like Microsoft is really trying to turn around their browser. For the longest time it seemed like a terribly slow and featureless program. Now they seem to be putting some effort into it. But for the time being I'll stick to Firefox and Chromium. They fit my needs very well.

I know what you mean.

Google does have some of the best services, and sacrifices need to be made when opting for alternatives.

Firefox is still the one I use for almost everything but actually getting ride of Chrome wasn't easy until now Biggrin Edge looks very stable.

Will update this thread in case something happened.

Tho, Did you find an alternative? Not for everything but I mean for some of googles best services including sync over devices.

Ungoogled Chromuim is specifically what I use. It's a lot better for privacy and performance. Most of the built-in Google junk is what slows down the browser, and brings a lot of privacy concerns.

That is interesting never seen it before but do you compile this yourself? I see you can even enable or keep most of features disabled.

You can get the binaries from the link below. But I think you can compile it in Visual Studio.

Yes, I agree regarding syncing devices, but I've never had the need for It.

One last question are you getting updates automatically or you have to reinstall?
