When they request the return, send the wrong Item. If they scan It, they'll see that It's part of their Inventory and assume that they did In fact send you the wrong Item.

Also I’m planning to do a 75 inch tv that weighs 41kg with the box and 30.4 without the box . I’m planning to take it out and put in an okder tv with the similar weight . ( sealed box method) do you reckon it would work ,? Have u ever done it ?

If the box Is sealed "perfectly as per the manufacturer's packing without any signs of Inconsistencies", then It does have a chance of success. That said, I'm more so concerned with Its nature as mentioned above.

As @mothered mentioned send it to a different address than your own. Also make sure you use different account from the main one you are using for the SE.
I would go as far as changing the payment information and name as well so that the "wrong item" order cannot be linked to you.
