I would not use the product until you have received your refund.
As mothered said wait another 48 hours and contact them regarding your case.

Apologies you are right haha. I did the refund in chat around 7:30am on Thursday. No email confirmation yet so I’m reluctant to use the AirPods until I get one

Just wondering did you have to order anything else with the AirPods ? Because I’m looking to do the same then sell on

Both the missing Item method and the partial are equally effective, so It's fine to order the AirPods on their own.

You should expect up to 7 business days before you got your refund showing on your account in some cases, usually they send an email once it has been processed. as of now you dont want to do anymore in this regard, until you recieve further notice.

Please do let us know once you have recieved the money.

Unless you're SEing a house (so to speak), the weight Is of no significance when using the DNA.
