I thought as much.

Personally, given the flaws of the so-called FTID method, I'd opt for the DNA. If that fails, you can always raise a dispute via PayPal and/or perform a chargeback through your credit card provider or a bank reversal from your merchant.

The COVID-19 situation, has made It difficult for many organizations to be contacted by phone In a timely manner.

Unfortunately, Costco does not have an email support service- only by phone.

Yes that covid situation makes it so hard to contact companies who don't have email or live chat support

I heard that Costco investigate a lot for DNA. Do you know how long it would take to get the refund from them ?

Every SE Is based on the circumstances surrounding the claim, so It's difficult to put a time frame on how and when a refund will be processed.
