just used a fake signature .went smooth like any other refund .but an investigation was normal protocol .after 48 hours I got my refund
Who was the carrier, and was a signature required or photos taken on delivery?

Under the circumstances, the Investigation seemed pretty quick.

Well done.

Refunded a new iPhone SE from them recently.

Just standard DNA, had around 5 items arrive on the same day, asked me to wait 2 days and get in touch - then refunded me. Text book

Remember to not touch it until success. good luck

Personally, I look for homes that're listed for rent/lease- the majority are vacated awaiting tenants.

I know, I have read how to find them. The problem is that I can't find one... (or perhaps I'm never sufficiently satisfied with the drop)
Yesteday I found a rented house listed on airbnb, the problem is that:
- is on the street (high passage rate from pedestrians near there)
- has 3 surveillance camera (one at the main gate)
- has a heavy gate and high (if the courier would throw inside the package, the only way to get the package would do enter in the gate and violate their property)
- haven't spot for the courier where easily place the package and easily take it for me.
- one of their neighbors is a lawyer.

I have found other drops, in these days I will test whether or not they are inhabited, by calling them via phone during the week at different hours.

That's strange.

In my location, there are countless homes advertised for rent/lease, the majority of which are accessible without restrictions.

You can use some website for rent/lease houses near a particular position, but they do not show the outside of the house, but only the inside, thus this makes the process of finding the house difficult to find since they do not put either the address or a photo of how the house looks from outside.

Call the agent as though you're Interested, ask for the address and then locate It on Google Maps or Instant Street View.
