Currys as In the retailer, and PP refers to PayPal.

Good news for all - those wondering whether Currys has recently updated or changed their PP policy, not to worry - everything is as per normal!

Thanks for the Info.

Does this mean they do not respond to PayPal disputes?

Do you mind if I asked how long it took you from receiving the item to getting the refund? Also what was the item?

When using the “wrong item received” claim, is there any specific route to go down? For example if I ordered a phone, would I say that the wrong phone came? Or that the phone didn’t turn on? Or something else?

Not sure if you have any insight on the best way @mothered ?

Use any stock Item that's part of their Inventory.

As per above, any stock Item.

If you've (seemingly) claimed that you've received the wrong Item, then obviously you don't have the phone.

As such, claiming It doesn't turn on, means the correct Item was delivered.
