What if you do the normal method without modifying it to look as junk still high risk? If so what method do you think pro refunders use for target or best method in your opinion?
Lower risk. The more it looks like junk mail, the less risk there is. Sending an empty bubble mailer is fairly suspicious and I would deem as medium-high risk.
I know most "pro refunders" just use the most common methods, maybe with a small twist. They just have more experience and know what to say to manipulate the rep.

I see, I do want to see some people do the junk mail method before I try the only thing is as I mentioned above, every refunder I've seen that does target. When the refund is complete the person who bought the services gets a generic email saying that they have received the item back and they are issuing a refund. So the two possible methods they are using is the junk mail method, or they are shipping back an empty box. Thats the only way that would explain the email. I don't think they are sending out an empty box for every refund that would take too much time so im thinking they are using the second method. And from what I've seen in the refund chat they are getting a crazy amount of success with turn around times usually within a day which is mind boggling how you can get it refunded in 24-48 hours. So im thinking as soon as the tracking says delivered you get the refund no questions asked. What do you think? im trying to pinpoint their methods

If they're all receiving emails that they received the item, I would assume it's being sent to company, not a random address. Are you saying empty box with modified label, or just a regular empty box? I know Target has been getting raped by lots of people. I would assume they're just easy, but can't say for sure.

Im thinking they do the junk mail method there's no way you could get that high of success with an empty box. They would eventually catch on or would they?

I spoke to an admin of a refunding group (of roughly ~1250 members) who was pretty compliant with answering questions. He told me for his refunds, he gives the labels to "his guy," and then just ships empty box with that label. He didn't give me any labels when I asked, but he told me to read the "holy-grail" bob's e-book and you should be able to figure it out. He also told me the address is not changed.

Granted, I don't really trust him too much, but he told me he's been doing refunds for months for a bunch of users doing the above. He makes it seem like the label is more important than the package itself. I wouldn't imagine an empty box would work so well, but apparently it works for him. Considering boxing has always been a pretty popular method, I guess I'm not too surprised.

Reiterated and as aleady stated:
Quote:One particular FTID method that has the best chance of a successful outcome, Is to show the tracking number as delivered (carrier-wise), but the company has no record of the package- physically and In their administrative/office department.
