Try contacting them with a bogus claim/request via every point of contact, and see whether they'll respond and If so, In what time frame.

You're most welcome.

I'm really Interested as to whether they respond. From a business standpoint, It's very poor practice to neglect their (potential) customers.

What do you think would be the best course of action if a company does not respond no matter what form of contact you try?

Should I pretend to have purchased it and didn't receive it, or should I make a general pre-sale enquiry?
Because a while ago, I did ask them about delivery and got a reply in about a week.

If you purchase but didn't receive, they'll most likely just ask you to take it up with the seller.
You should tell them that it broke and you were cut by it, or something along those lines.

There's no need to complicate matters by way of SEing- It's not warranted.

All you need, Is to establish If they do In fact reply and If so, whether It's In a timely manner.
A general Inquiry will suffice.

They are the only official seller, anywhere else are clones and obviously nothing to do with that company itself. The way it is manufactured makes sure it is impossible to break. If I said that, they would more than definitely ask for a picture for their R&D department.

In this case, I did ask them about shipping method a while ago, and got a reply within 1 working week (a.k.a. 5 days)

I asked whether they support self-pickup lockers, and got a reply saying a physical person is required.

Given they reply to general Inquiries, I'd say It's safe to assume they'll do the same when performing your SE.

After all, they do want their transactions sorted out.
