I don't see this anywhere In their terms.

Do you have a link stating the above?

I will attempt to find one, but I learnt that because I tried to raise a dispute within 5 days of my order. Didn't go through into the system until I tried it again in a week or 2.

I wasn't able to find anything about 2 weeks either when I quickly reviewed the terms after seeing your post last night, but I do remember when I was researching Paypal more thoroughly that they ask of you to wait (I believe it was) at least a week before opening a dispute/ escalating to claim (forget which).

Here's some more info I just found:

Quote:Wait at least 3 days from the transaction date to give your seller enough time to ship the item [to open a dispute].

Quote:Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
Thanks for the links. I've already reviewed them both a few months ago.

I've also yet to locate their 14 day policy pertaining to the DNA.

Thanks. I might be mistaken then. Disregard everything I say about 14 days and replace it as 7.

Nice one, congrats.

As a matter of Interest, was It a PayPal dispute, claim or a chargeback via your credit card provider that resulted In the refund?

It was a PayPal dispute, I was betting on Curry's not responding, which they didn't.

Was this for DNA with Curry's? If so, did you sign for it, or did it actually not arrive?

Also what price?

It didn't even escalate to a claim, let alone a chargeback via your credit card provider or bank/merchant reversal.

This Is good to know for subsequent SEs pertaining to Currys.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Yes. It was an extremely low-value DNA.
I used a reship, so I'm not sure, but I think the tracking number was messed up anyway, so I wasn't able to check.
£50.
