That it isn't your fault that they lost your package. Ask for proof of the empty package with your label on it. If you were an actual customer and you sent an item back expecting a refund and they just told you they didn't receive anything - that's clearly not right.(06-11-2020, 05:42 PM)Filament Wrote:(06-11-2020, 05:32 PM)Checkpoint Wrote: Update: the tracking shows 100%. I contacted the company and they said that they didn't receive anything yet, but I sent them the tracking which shows correctly delivered instead, and said I'm concerned. It simply said "the item hasn't arrived", because you actually have to put an identifying label on the package, so that they can assign the item to your order.Nonsense. The tracking number and Its respective barcode that's scanned during transit and on delivery, Identifies sender to receiver and vice-versa. If there's no sender's label, the package will still reach Its destination and scanned with the consignor & consignee Information. How can a package that's been registered Into their Inventory, be deemed not delivered? The fact they didn't makes me hope that they just discarded it. I will try to push of course lilke you said of course. Because the girl said that "the ITEM has not returned", I hadn't given her yet the tracking. It's completely Inaccurate to solely rely on the label as a form of delivery confirmation. It's completely Inaccurate to solely rely on the label as a form of delivery confirmation. I'm sorry, I realized I was not clear enough. Basically as per the company instructions you had to insert inside the package (sorry, I was mistaken, the additional label was to be put INSIDE) an identifying label with a barcode which probably once scanned tells the warehouse that "the ordered and returned item" has come back. Of course, there was no such thing inside the package. The lady checked my order number and my order return number. It stands to reason that the system would have told her if the item had returned only if they scanned said identifying barcode which you have to put inside the package. This extra barcode is, of course, completely different from the tracking number. This is why I made the posts above. They could have the package in their hands, but since they couldn't have scanned the special identifying barcode, the lady would have told me that in any case. We'll see next week when their investigation ends. It's completely Inaccurate to solely rely on the label as a form of delivery confirmation. The additional barcode would be generated Internally and dedicated to the company per se, therefore they can Identify It as part of their Inventory when scanned on receipt. It's completely separate to the carrier's consignment. I'd be very Interested to read the outcome of the Investigation. RE: Question about internation FTIDing and different couriers. - Checkpoint - 06-29-2020 I'm just writing to update that I'm still fighting this case. Basicallythey told me to wait until they check with wearehouse, but since I'm a concerned customer who is waiting for a legit refund for a returned item, I called like 4 times to their support, but they can't do anything because they need to wait confirmation from the warehouse, which doesn't have a phone (they literally said this) so I can't call them directly. So I'm still waiting. I guess it's kind of a good sign because I think that if they had registered an empty package or something I would have got a response by now. If so much time has passed I hope they are not finding it. They may well be Inundated with claims, hence the wait. Please reply when you receive their response. Any update on the return? RE: Question about internation FTIDing and different couriers. - Checkpoint - 07-03-2020 Success. I received email of refund confirmation and I'm waiting for money to show up in my card. Basically somehow my boxer did a god job. Even if the package exhanged couriers and probably they reprinted the correct label, I think they threw it away because it seemed trash. |
