I know for my area if 1-day delivery is available, only 1 carrier does it so I know that way. The national post does not offer that. Here in Canada at least...

Unless you live somewhere that is only covered by 1 courier etc then there is no way of knowing the courier amzn will use unless you have shopped for an while with them and as previously said you know you will get the usual courier company.

As I've mentioned countless times, an Investigation Is part of company protocol to move forward with the claim. It's perfectly normal under the circumstances. They'll cross-check the consignment with the carrier's manifest, Inclusive of whether It's deemed delivered to the correct destination.

This clearly demonstrates that an Investigation, Is nothing more than a piece of paperwork that's required as part of the claims process.
