You simple say it Did Not Arrive. Another common method you'll see around here is EB, or Empty Box. Claiming the package was empty when you received it.

the method that has not arrived is to say that you have not received the item. I hadn't signed so it was perfect.

I have never tried the missing item due to the high weight of the smartphone. But with the airpods it worked
