As mentioned above, always check the weight when using the partial/missing Item method.

I was planning to do a adidas refund, but im not sure what method i should use since they can check the weight, and dna can take time and cause problems once again
Adidas were easy, i'm not sure if they still are, i haven't hit them for a while now.
