Didn't It prevent logging of your IP?

It did, but that means something in this software is trying to log my IP

The warning didn't come from the software, it came from a chrome extension warning me that the program was trying to log my IP. The extension is "Universal Bypass" which I use to bypass shortlinks, and it warned me that the proxy scraper was logging my IP.
