Just be careful with the wrong Item.
As mentioned above, Argos do refer to their CCTV footage and can deem whether the correct Item was picked, packed and dispatched.

So sorry I haven't had a laptop for the longest. My house got burgled and lost most things so did not bother trying to refund

@prey11 I did argos and use DNA will do enought i did an apple pen over 100
so DNA or Wrong item will do @mothered

buyed thru online - waited around 2 hours after delivery then call them and said the pachage is not at my house .and they offer me an refund + their apollogies ,or other product got the other product and then just handid back to get my money same thing with empty pachage (only thing you need to got conffidance in you) for new guys around 100-200 they will not start any investigation

It's very beneficial to know that Argos do not open Investigations for Items valued < $200.
