RE: HP Laptop SE - zedrox464 - 05-07-2020 I also successfully got Service Tag, address, name, and even POP for an Alienware Area 51M in warranty with Premium support warranty and I am planning to use the same strategy for Alienware. I am not really expecting it to work since the laptop is $3000+, but it is worth a shot. I will just have to make an excuse for not sending pics other than the screenshot POP, and I will also say my parents are old and I am an only son so I am with them rn because they are old and need help during the virus situation. For the pics I am gonna say I have a shitty burner phone because I gave my phone for repair at an apple store before it all closed and now I can't get it back. I will say it has a camera, and I will try to take a pic and add it. I will then use corrupted image trick RE: HP Laptop SE - Therealdeal1918 - 05-08-2020 Hey I am very interested in this method. Can you explain to me what a 'privacy card' is? I'd like to know to get it and how to use it. Good job on the first laptop. Now for the Alienware laptop, all you need is an address, name, and serial number, with POP, and you can get them to send you a replacement? I am interested in this method, as I have always just done Amazon SE, which is easy, but I'd like to try other companies. Please let me know. My country does not offer the service but I believe there are multiple American companies that do RE: HP Laptop SE - SE.UK - 05-10-2020 OP, you based in US? I wanna try one in the UK RE: HP Laptop SE - Checkpoint - 06-29-2020 Hello OP, how did you exactly avoid sending the item back? Didn't they tell you that after they send the pc to you, you should send the item back to them? Seems logical to me. Did they really send the pc to you without asking yours in return? They most likely asked him to send his back after, but this is why we use a drop address. They'll send the bill to 'John Doe' at the drop address and it'll have no connection to him. |
