Then her came for visit, i didnt open the door at that time, the courier then tried to apprehend my claim by saying they delivered it. IT backfired when i requested the legal documentation and they couldnt deliver, the other visit was cool, Guy was like "yo have you seen this package, cant remember if i gave IT to you". Always good practice to wait a bit, the company Will always ask for that anyway. Bring was the only courier that might be relevant but also the most aggressive, but they only reacted the 2nd time when i triple dipped IT. Go to Microsoft first they Will ask courier what happend, if they give you any issues about replacement or refund then you go to PayPal in the last line of operation. Left at my leasing office, but I picked it up before they signed it into their system so there’s no concrete record of me getting it from them. And best of all: tracking says no signature required. Now, I’m wondering if I should open investigation with PayPal, or just contact Microsoft directly. I’ll give it a few hours so when I tell them I looked for the package it’ll seem like I did so. Quote:Now, I’m wondering if I should open investigation with PayPal, or just contact Microsoft directly.Generally speaking, PayPal should be used when all else fails. Quote:tracking says no signature required. This Is perfect DNA material. Given you haven't signed, contact Microsoft and tell them that you're still waiting for the package. RE: Help SEing Microsoft Store - renold458 - 02-13-2020 Thanks for the replies. Contacted MS, investigation opened. Told they’ll contact Fedex and if they don’t reply, authorities will be involved. Don’t think much will happen. Now to wait 5-7 business days! RE: Help SEing Microsoft Store - mothered - 02-14-2020 (02-13-2020, 04:29 PM)renold458 Wrote: Thanks for the replies. If FedEx neglect to reply, It's an admission of guilt. This Is a carrier Issue, so I don't see why they'd get the authorities Involved and particularly, how they'd be of help In determining whether the package was delivered. My assumption was if fedex does not comply with the investigation they would ask for me to file a report. If not that, probably just mentioned it so I feel re-assured that MS is doing their best to retrieve the package and that I’m in good hands. Ironically, the rep made mention that it is common for FedEx not to require a signature with these purchases and that MS has been consistently reminding them to require sigs. Do what you will with such information

On these grounds, the DNA Is well and truly covered. I can't see this failing. Received an email from MS stating fedex had completed the investigation stating it was left in my leasing office (though unsure how they can prove as no one signed for it). They stated due to this they cannot provide a refund and that I should work with local authorities to figure it out and file a report. Quote:stating fedex had completed the investigation stating it was left in my leasing officeEven so, by no means does It conclude that you personally received It. Given FedEx did not obtain a signature, they're liable for loss of goods. I'd be persevering with this (lack of signature), and remain adamant that the package was not received. If need be, request the claim be escalated. The email was sent by “Resolutions and Follow Up” Team. Unsure if this is their escalation point. Regardless, those are my thoughts exactly. They’re essentially stating they believe FedEx over me with no evidence to prove they are right. I’ll give a call later and try to push the matter. Really avoiding getting PayPal involved. PayPal should always be used as the last option, of which I believe It will succeed due to their Insufficient evidence of the package received by the account holder. Make It clear to them that a package that's marked as delivered, does not conclude that It was personally received. Also, keep emphasising that FedEx Is responsible for loss of goods due to their Incapacity to obtain a signature, thus cannot verify the delivery. |
